    AmyJune Hineline is the Open Source Community Ambassador at Kanopi Studios. With a dual focus on both open-source community development and inclusivity, she is uniquely positioned to help individuals become more comfortable and confident as they contribute to their communities. She co-organize various open-source camps and conventions throughout North America, empowering individuals to forge deep community connections that benefit the whole. As a self-described non-coder, AmyJune helps communities discover how they can contribute and belong in more ways than coding. With five years of open-source community involvement behind her, she has had the opportunity to become actively involved in both the Drupal and WordPress communities: working to lower the barrier to entry in tech though the leadership of first-time contributor workshops at the local and regional level. Her ongoing experience as a hospice nurse keeps her in touch with the challenges faced by many end-users. In her continued efforts to make a difference, she helps organize A11yTalks, an online meetup where they invite folks on every month to talk about all things accessibility – one of the core components of building an inclusive web. Outside of her mission in the technology community space, she has a deep love for mycology, geocaching, and air-cooled Volkswagens.

Keeley is Project Management Professional certified through the Project Management Institute, with over 10 years experience working in website and application development, design, online reputation management, video production, radio advertising, and events management.     Mychelle Blake runs her own web design company with a focus on small to medium businesses and non-profits. She provides a full range of online business services include website design, copywriting for the web, search engine optimization, and web accessibility audits. She approaches her business with an eye towards online solutions that fits each of her clients’ unique needs. She has studied web design and internet technology at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and was one of the very first students of the Las Vegas campus of the Iron Yard Front End Engineering program. Mychelle has a Masters of Social Welfare from UCLA with a specialty in community organizing, development and planning and a Bachelors in Political Science from New York University. She has an eclectic professional background that includes social welfare, non-profit management and communications, animal welfare and sheltering, dog and cat behavior and web design and development. Mychelle lives with her dogs, reptiles and several aquatic creatures in Sioux Falls, SD.

Nick has too many hobbies, some of which are (ethical) hacking, painting with ink and bleach, trivia competitions, coding, woodburning, lock picking, and a futile attempt to take every online course available on the internet.

His passion is learning about different digital operations and applying his skill set to ensure client success. His skills are rooted in analysis, strategy, and problem solving, then mobilizing all parties involved around the accomplishment of the objectives. He brings years of experience with SEO and WordPress to Digitas, ranging from speaking at conferences around the country to managing and executing marketing campaigns for startups through fortune 100 companies. Ryan is the former lead organizer for WordCamp Chicago and the current hackathon lead for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

    Behind the bowtie, Tracy Apps (@tapps) is a big-picture doer, a veteran UX designer, front-end developer, strategist, teacher, and artist, Tracy has amassed quite a wide range of experience since she started teaching herself code in the late 1990’s. Including teaching at several Universities, presenting at numerous WordCamps, and over 20 years of creating for either her own company, tracy apps design, her co-founded startup, inntro, co-hosting the Women in WP podcast, or as a contractor for Fortune 500 & 1000 companies like Kohl’s, Johnson Controls, and GE Healthcare.
