GreenGeeks and Supporting WordCamp Minneapolis 2020

Continuing to provide a strong foundation for WordPress, GreenGeeks offers its support to WordCamp Minneapolis. And although there is something more personal about being face-to-face, there’s nothing wrong with hanging out at a virtual camp.

Whatever we can do to keep ourselves and others safe, right?

Why We Support WordCamp Minneapolis

The community surrounding WordPress is something amazing. We’ve met an incredible amount of people over the years, and love being a part of something so massive. Which is why we do what we can to keep WordCamps going.

Even if we’re not there in person to hand out fun swag, the virtual aspect has been quite an experience. This way, we can meet up with many people including those who were unable to make it to Minneapolis in person without the current state of the world.

And once we can get back to being in person, some of us hope the virtual rooms will still be a thing.

It’s just overly convenient to engage a larger audience.

Stop By and Meet the Team!

GreenGeeks is attending this WordCamp at our virtual booth. Stop by and meet up with our very own Ericka, Marco, Anna, and Phil. They’ll be there ready to answer any questions about GreenGeeks, what we offer, and how we help reduce the carbon footprint of websites.

What if you just want to hang out and chat about WordPress? You can do that, too. Our expert staff is available to bounce ideas off or discuss the new additions to WordPress 5.5.

So, as you’re zooming from one room to another, feel free to stop by and meet up with GreenGeeks.

One of the things we love most about WordCamps is meeting new faces and seeing regular friends, even if it’s only through a webcam. We love to network and learn how others use WordPress in their day-to-day lives.

Especially since we can’t do it in person.
