Volunteer Information
WordCamp Minneapolis/St. Paul (like all WordCamps) is 100% run by volunteers. We are seeking volunteers to help before, during & after the event with various tasks like staffing the registration table, providing support to speakers, answering questions at the happiness bar, & more.
Being a volunteer is a great way to give back to the WordPress community, meet other WordPress enthusiasts, and attend the event free. Volunteers will also be recognized in WordCamp Minneapolis/St. Paul literature, and be invited to an appreciation dinner! We will need help on Thursday Aug 22, Friday Aug 23, and Saturday Aug 24. Our highest need days are Friday and Saturday.
If you’re willing to work 8 hours in exchange for a ticket to WordCamp Minneapolis/St. Paul, please fill out the volunteer form to let us know you are interested.
- Indicate days/times you are available
- Pick tasks you would be interested in volunteering for, but keep in mind we might need help in other areas. So, pick multiple things.
- You will check in on each day of the event with the volunteer coordinator. More information will be in emails to approved volunteers.
