I deal still sometimes with it myself. I think it&#8217;s critical for all of us to realize that we&#8217;re not alone in this struggle and by being open and honest about our celebrations and challenges, we can all grow more effectively.<\/p>\n<h2>Do you have any advice or words of encouragement for those who are thinking about getting involved in the WordPress community?<\/h2>\n<p>The WordPress community is amazing. As I&#8217;ve travelled across the country to speak at WordCamps, I&#8217;m continually impressed by the openness and friendliness of our community. No matter what your skill level, you will feel right at home at a WordCamp or WordPress meetup.<\/p>\n<h2>What&#8217;s your favorite quote from a book or movie?<\/h2>\n<p>Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a person of value.
