About GDPR Eraser

This is a system account used to hold content that was moved from other accounts. When a post/comment/etc causes the GDPR eraser to fail, it's sometimes useful to move it here. That should only be done with content that isn't publicly viewable, and is retainable under the privacy policy, though.
