Alec is speaking on <a href=\"https:\/\/2015.minneapolis.wordcamp.org\/session\/oocss-smacss-bem-for-modular-scalable-css\/\">OOCSS, SMACSS &amp; BEM for Modular, Scalable CSS<\/a> at WordCamp Minneapolis.<\/div>\n<h3>What got you into working with WordPress?<\/h3>\n<p>I started working with WordPress 2.8 during a college web-maintenance internship, and haven\u2019t looked back since.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>What do you like best about WordPress?<\/h3>\n<p>The large installation base and community. If you&#8217;d like to customize your WordPress site a certain way, chances are someone else has already attempted a similar customization (and written a post about it). It&#8217;s great to be able to leverage the community to accomplish great things quickly. <\/p>\n<h3>What WordPress project has been your favorite?<\/h3>\n<p>I&#8217;m currently working on a redesign of the RushRiverBeer.com website. The design is beautiful, and integrating e-commerce has been an interesting challenge. And of course, it\u2019s always fun to work with product that you&#8217;re passionate about!<\/p>\n<h3>What&#8217;s your WordPress design preference?<br \/><span style=\"color:#A9A9A9;font-size:.9em;font-weight:500\">\u25cb Starter Theme &nbsp; \u25cb Free Theme &nbsp; \u25cb Premium Theme &nbsp; \u25cb Framework &nbsp; \u25cb Other<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Starter Theme<\/p>\n<h3>What would we not guess about you outside of WordCamp?<\/h3>\n<p>Despite living\/working in the city I love being in the woods hunting, fishing, camping or hiking. <\/p>\n<h3>What do you like about WordCamps?<\/h3>\n<p>I love attending sessions with solid content.
